These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the b222 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all clauses set out below.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts — whether opened intentionally or inadvertently — may result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances. If you discover that a duplicate Account exists under your name, you must notify b222 support immediately.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. b222 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify b222 immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
KYC Verification: b222 reserves the right to request identity-verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address and payment-method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in Account suspension and/or withdrawal holds.
Access to the b222 platform is granted on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable basis, strictly for lawful entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the platform only in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. b222 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, whether from a family member, friend or any other individual. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be rejected and returned at the operator's discretion.

All balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a deposit is made in a different currency or through a cryptocurrency network, the applicable conversion rate at the time of crediting shall apply. b222 is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations or network confirmation delays.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements, fulfilment of any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds, and confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the name on the User's Account. b222 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

b222 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets or delay settlement where there is reasonable suspicion of market manipulation, match-fixing, technical error or where result verification is pending. In such cases, b222 will communicate the status to affected Users within a reasonable timeframe.
Live/in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. Connection interruptions during live betting are the responsibility of the User. A bet is only confirmed once a valid bet receipt has been issued by the platform.
The following conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately upon receipt. Self-excluded users must not attempt to re-register or circumvent their exclusion. b222 will not be liable for losses incurred by a self-excluded User who successfully circumvents the exclusion through the provision of false information.

The b222 name, logo and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the platform. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use b222's intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing the platform for your personal entertainment.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b222 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions or errors in odds or results.
b222 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. b222 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or that defects will be corrected.
In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are subject to statutory constraints, b222's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit b222's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
b222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:
Upon permanent closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds and any amounts subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to KYC verification and applicable compliance checks.
You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting b222 support. We may retain your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-retention obligations following Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b222 holds its operational licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, interpretation, breach or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that governing jurisdiction.
Prior to initiating formal dispute proceedings, you are required to contact b222 support in writing, clearly setting out the nature of the dispute and the outcome sought. b222 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within 30 calendar days of receipt of a written complaint. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution in accordance with the governing jurisdiction's procedures.
b222 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, b222 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
Your continued use of the b222 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
